My Love for Estuko Fabrics II

Hi everyone. Here today, in Barcelona the weather is just fabulous. My husband and I took our son to school and then we went for coffee. I have been very busy today making a handbag and purses. I have four hours in the morning to get as much done as I possibly can while Adrian´s at playschool. In my last blog I talked about Estuko Furuya and wanted to show you some of the things I have made using her fabrics. The fabric with the birds on branches is another example of gorgeousness and I love this polka dot fabric, royal purple with blue dots.

My Love for Estuko Fabrics

After waiting patiently (not so much towards the end) for the new Etsuko fabrics to arrive at reprodepot, at last they are here. The new collection is just so fab-a-rama. I ordered 5 yards of different types. I especially love her fabrics with the birds and the polka dot range. What I love about the polka dot fabrics, are the colour combinations that she uses. The fabric with the birds are so vibrant and the different elements (birds standing on polka dot balls with butterflies and branches) works so well. I would have liked to have order more, but could only afford 5 yards (we are talking $16.95 a yard here) but worth every penny. So next month another order has to happen. I´m so looking forward to receiving them and making something fab. I will keep you posted and on my next blog will share some of the things I made from the previous collection.
